Job Description
Days Inn Warren, PA is looking for a friendly and outgoing bartender to join our team. We are looking for a personable individual with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with customers, facilitate their needs and provide all necessary services. The bar will only be open Friday and Saturdays from 4PM-10PM to begin and add hours depending on bar Sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Desired Experience and Education
- Previous experience as a bartender, server or in similar position preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcohol laws in Warren, PA preferred but not required
- Team player with positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
